It was great having Stephen and Nicole Cassady to minister to us last week in revival. They’re a great couple and have an adorable family. I had to miss three services because of sick kids! I hate that. I felt like I lost some of the momentum, if you know what I mean. Anyway, God is good and His presence was felt in the services.
This morning, Shaylee woke up with a fever – again! I thought she was over it. She was sick on Saturday and better on Sunday and Monday. Now the fever is back and we probably passed it around to everybody! How in the world can you tell when a kid is over it? She’s pretty pitiful. She is so sweet when she is sick — even if she does holler for me about every 10 min.
In other news, Travis got some new headphones. You say, “That’s not every exciting”. Well, it made my day just reading the back of the package. (It doesn’t take much to entertain me.) I just had to share it with you. Keep in mind that these headphones cost $4.95. I noticed on the back of the package it said there was a lifetime warranty. I thought, “That’s interesting”. So I began to read. Allow me to share with you what it said:
“The sole and exclusive remedies available to the initial user or purchaser for any defects in material or workmanship shall be the obligation of Koss, at it’s sole option, to either refund the purchase price of the Koss product, or repair or replace the non-functioning or defective Koss product provided it is returned to Koss in secure packaging together with a check for $6.00 to our factory.” (rotfl!) What a warranty! I better keep my receipt for that one!
It went on to say – “Koss shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property resulting from the use of this product or any failure of or defect in this product, nor shall Koss be liable to the initial user of this product or to any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages or any kind or nature whatsoever.” We won’t be suing them for ANYTHING! I think they covered it all! If you can think of something I can get them on, let me know.
Enough of my ramblings for today. I have been lazy about taking pictures lately. Maybe I’ll get some good ones soon for your enjoyment. (I work with Julie tomorrow – hmmmm)

It has been so good to hear from you. I have to admit that sometimes I find peoples blogs and just “snoop” and maybe not even leave a comment. Tsk Tsk. It is encouraging to see how God is working in other Christian’s lives. Sometimes it is so easy to feel that we are fighting this battle alone. Keep up the blogging, I for one, am enjoying even the “ramblings”. Sue

Thanks for commenting, Sue. Great to keep up with you too.
Thanks, Leah. I’m not sure if I like the ‘no color’. I’ll like it for while.

Thanks for commenting, Ronda. I have to be different and have a wordpress blog instead of blogspot so you can’t find me as easily! Glad we found each other. Isn’t ‘blogland’ wonderful? I’ve added you to my favorites as well.
